Popmelle Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Popmelle, every product is a reflection of our passion for creativity and quality. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please take a moment to review our updated Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy below.

1. Returns

Personalized Products

  • Non-Returnable: Personalized items are crafted exclusively for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your personalized product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos and an unboxing video.

Non-Personalized Products

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Verification: For claims involving missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.

  • Approved returns will receive a credit note, redeemable for future purchases on our website. No cash refunds are provided for returned items.

2. Refunds

  • Personalized Products: All sales are final. No refunds are provided for personalized or custom-made items.

  • Free Products: Items received as free gifts or promotions are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refund Approval: If a refund is approved (for eligible non-personalized items only), the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Credit Notes: For returned items, a credit note will be issued for use on future purchases. No direct refunds are given for returns.

3. Exchanges

We offer convenient exchange options to ensure you get exactly what you want:

Jackets/Clothing

  • Full Replacement (Size/Style Change): ₹800 fee (includes shipping and the new item).

  • Minor Adjustments (e.g., patch replacement, minor alterations): ₹250 fee.

Other Products

  • Exchange Fee: ₹400 per item.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Free Exchange: If your item arrives defective or damaged, we offer a free exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team with details photos & videos of the issue to initiate an exchange.

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • If you place an order using Partial COD and do not accept the delivery, the Partial COD amount is non-refundable.

  • This policy helps cover costs incurred in product creation and shipping (including return to origin fees).

5. Additional Information

  • All return and exchange requests must be made within the specified timeframes.

  • Popmelle reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.
